Flanagan Brosky. EVPs are believed to be the voices that spirits
leave on recording devices (such as audio and video recorders.)
White noise EVP recordings are when
spirits use the background noise in a room to modulate their voices on.
The process is similar to how an AM radio transmitter sends talk and
music on radio waves through the air.
Ghost box recordings are when spirits
influence the scanning of a radio dial as it sweeps from one radio
station to another. The spirits then stop the scanning at just the right
moment when a particular person is speaking on a talk radio show. The
words, letters or sounds the spirits grab off the radio can then be used
to converse with us.
